Centrally located with cozy charm
At The Hunfeld, I was charmed by the vintage-modern ambiance and superb service. Enjoyed breakfast tailored to my taste in a lovely dining lounge. The panoramic views from the chill-out zone were delightful.
The room, while spacious, lacked adequate furniture for longer stays. a small coffee table wasn’t quite enough for our week’s worth of belongings. Some additional hangers would’ve been appreciated, too.

Solo traveler great location
The location was great on a lovely square where you can sit and watch the world go by. There was great wifi which helped with everything especially when figuring out the aircon, and the staff always welcomed me with a smile!
It wasn't exactly cheap, but for what it offers, it was still acceptable.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the Dom Tower and the canals area, making it easy to explore Utrecht. I appreciated the option to leave my bags after checkout, which really helped since I wanted to do some sightseeing before heading out. The room was stylish and clean, and I particularly enjoyed having a coffee machine right there for a quick caffeine fix. However, I found it a bit noisy at night due to footsteps from the room above, which made it tough to fall asleep at times.

Vintage-modern design, Charming artistic decor and ambiance, Unique chic chill-out zone
Noise from church bells at night could be disruptive for light sleepers!!! Shower water pressure was lackluster, making bathing less enjoyable!!! Unpleasant odors lingered in common areas, detracting from the overall experience!!! Limited storage space in rooms felt inconvenient!!!

The hotel has a fantastic central location near the canals, making it easy to explore restaurants and shops. My room was spacious and clean, equipped with high-quality appliances and a comfy bed. Loved the rooftop views from the apartments. However, the lack of daily housekeeping was unexpected, and during my four-day stay, I ran out of toilet paper. The air conditioning unit was slightly noisy and needed attention, waking me up at times. It would have been nice to have more furniture like a second chair in the room. Though I skipped breakfast, there are excellent cafés nearby. Overall, an enjoyable stay with some room for improvement.

It was just a good pick for a brief stopover in Utrecht with definitely value for money. The staff was welcoming, and they provided me with an umbrella during a rainy day, which I appreciated a lot. Make sure to check out the nearby cafes for breakfast, as they're really good.

We loved the spacious room that felt like our own living room. Enjoying family game nights after exploring the lovely city of Utrecht was a highlight for us. It’s a fantastic spot for making enduring memories with my two girls.
In my wife’s opinion, the lack of daily housekeeping was a downside.
